word from the Kings desk, the royal pen of the King himstelf:
As this chapter of the KINGS story comes to a close, the three
Kings would like to extend a grateful and heartfelt thanks to
all of you who have supported us over the years:
Our staff (full of personality) all of the bands, DJs, and entertainers
that have graced our stage and of course ALL the customers who
have shared in the numerous good times all these nights, and laid
down their hard earned money -- those of you who regularly came
to see music or stopped in on our movie or comedy nights, those
that spent Sunday evenings at Neu Romance and those of you that
simply shot pool and hung out at the bar on any given night.
And lastly, we'd like to thank all of you who have helped us behind
the scenes with the generosity of your time and talents -- from
graphic design to carpentry to plumbing -- Kings has had true
community support, and would not have been Kings without you.
Also a thanks to those in professional fields that guided us as
well -- lawyers, accountants and insurance agents, you know who
you are. We hope to rise from the ashes of McDowell, so find us
a good cheap space!
